These terms apply when you browse Nexgenbio, make an enquiry or place an order through our WhatsApp Business checkout. Nexgenbio is operated by Axios Solutions (Pty) Ltd. By using the storefront, you agree to these terms.

Submitting a cart opens WhatsApp and starts an order enquiry; it does not by itself create a confirmed sale. Our team will confirm availability, final pricing, delivery details and payment instructions before an order is accepted. We may decline or cancel an order where information, pricing or availability needs correction.

Prices and stock shown on the storefront are subject to confirmation. Delivery fees are shown at checkout where applicable. We may update product details, pricing or availability at any time before an order is confirmed.

Delivery timing and courier arrangements are confirmed with you on WhatsApp. Please provide accurate contact and delivery details. Once dispatched, we will share the relevant shipping update where available.
